Returns Policy

How do I receive my refund? Your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your massage product. For instance, if you paid by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded. 

Once the massage product is returned to us, Masseuse Massage will assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the massage product being sent away for assessment. If the massage product is not returned in ‘as-new’ condition, or is faulty or damaged due to inappropriate use, any refund, exchange or repair will be refused.

Important notes: If you do not comply with any of the above terms we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund.  We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

40 Day Hassle Free In-Home TrialAll 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial items will be subject to a restocking fee of 8.5% of the item’s final selling price. The re-stocking fee covers costs incurred from processing the order, warehouse handling charges and other things like the cost of the chair being checked upon return by a trained engineer for preparation for another customer to use. This is a nominal fee as the total cost of the process is significantly higher than the re-stocking feeReturn shipping of the massage product must be paid for by the customer and any delivery and installation fees incurred upon initial delivery will not be refunded.
