40 Day Hassle Free In-home Trial

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Our 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial only applies to brand new massage chairs purchased directly from Masseuse Massage Chairs. Floor stock, demonstration models, and third-party purchases are excluded. To qualify, a return must be initiated within 40 days of delivery. Requests made outside this period cannot be accepted.


2. Delivery and Installation Charges

We pride ourselves on the best delivery and White Glove installation available by using selected third party providers that uphold our high standard of service. We pass on any charges incurred and itemise these for you on our invoice.

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you will still be responsible for all invoiced delivery and installation charges. Once in transit, our delivery partners charge for pickup, handling, and return, regardless of whether the chair has reached your home, since it must be redirected and transported back to our warehouse.


3. Restocking Fee

All returned massage chairs are subject to an 8.5% restocking fee based on the item’s final sale price. This fee helps recover some of the necessary costs involved in processing a return, including but not limited to a condition assessment by a qualified technician, warehouse handling, professional cleaning and repackaging. This is a nominal fee as the total cost is significantly higher than the restocking fee.


4. Return Shipping

The massage chair must be returned to the Masseuse Massage Chairs warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. We are happy to advise you on the most cost-effective way to return your massage chair to us.


5. Refunds

All refunds are limited to the actual purchase price of the massage chair. No refund will be granted for delivery costs incurred by us and will be passed on to you. Refunds will only be issued via the original payment method.

Once the massage product is returned to us, Masseuse Massage will assess the condition of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the massage product being sent away for assessment. If the massage product is not returned in ‘as-new’ condition, or is faulty or damaged due to inappropriate use, any refund, exchange or repair will be refused.


6. Finance Purchases

Where a product is purchased using a third-party finance provider, additional conditions may apply. Some finance providers do not finance shipping or restocking costs, meaning these costs must be settled before a return can be initiated.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all return costs are paid in full and upfront before Masseuse Massage Chairs can initiate a return. Additionally, any fees charged by third party finance providers are non-refundable.


7. Final Terms

This policy is offered voluntarily in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. We trust that all returns are made in good faith. However, if Masseuse Massage Chairs has reason to believe that this policy has been abused or that a return is not being made in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.

If you do not comply with any of the above terms, we may, at our discretion, refuse to accept the return or provide you with a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
