What will it cost to deliver my massage chair?

We offer free metro delivery for all brand new massage chair models only and a $350 flat rate, via our website, for rural addresses. However, the rural delivery price is subject to change based on the delivery postcode and delivery requirements. Once you have placed your order, our Massage Chair Specialists will be in contact with you to confirm the total shipping cost.

 
The $350 rural shipping cost will automatically be applied at the checkout.
Note: The delivery cost is based on the size & weight of the product & its delivery destination.

      Note: Please provide your complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot deliver massage chairs to a PO box address due to the size & weight of the products.

      When will I receive my chair?

      Items will be dispatched the following business day after payment is cleared.

      Standard delivery Time:

      Melbourne, Adelaide - within 3-7 business days

      Brisbane, Gold Coast - within 5-10 days

      All areas outside these metro areas please allow up to 12 business days.

      White Glove Delivery:

      Our Installation Team will give you a call to arrange the perfect day and time to install your massage chair!

      Please inform them of any obstacles such as small doorways or stairs.

      Note: 2nd storey installation available with White Glove however an additional charge will be incurred due to a 3rd person being required. Please advise before placing order if you would like this service.

      Deliveries are done Monday - Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
