We offer free delivery for all metro addresses and a $350 flat rate via our website for rural addresses. However, the rural delivery price is subject to change based on the delivery postcode and delivery requirements. Our Installation Team will give you a call to arrange the perfect day and time to install your massage chair!
Please inform them of any obstacles such as small doorways or stairs.
Note: 2nd storey installation available with White Glove however an additional charge will be incurred due to a 3rd person being required. Please advise before placing order if you would like this service.
Deliveries are done Monday - Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays.
If you prefer you can pick up your massage chair from our warehouse which is located in Melbourne. Please note the chairs are in large boxes and as a result pick-ups are only possible if 2 able bodies are present to load it into your vehicle.
It is also important that an appropriate vehicle is used. Utes, vans, trucks or trailers would all be appropriate. Most 4WDs are too small for the chairs.
