In addition to your statutory rights, our 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial is a "voluntary" policy. We trust that all returns are made in good faith. However, if Masseuse Massage Chairs has reason to believe that this policy has been abused or that a return is not being made in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Our 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial only applies to brand new massage chairs purchased directly from Masseuse Massage Chairs and excludes floor stock models.
2. We pride ourselves on the best delivery and White Glove installation available by using selected third party providers that uphold our high standard of service. We pass on any charges incurred and itemise these for you on our invoice.
If the purchase of a massage chair is cancelled by you under the terms of this policy, and the chair has already been dispatched, then you will be liable for the costs incurred. These costs will be equal to the costs for the delivery and/or installation of the massage chair regardless of whether the chair has been delivered and/or installed, as the third party provider still charges for their services to pick up, transport the chair (sometimes between depots) and return it back to our warehouse.
3. All returned massage chairs will be subject to an 8.5% restocking fee of the item's final sale price. This restocking fee includes but is not limited to the following costs:
a) Processing of the return;
b) Warehouse handling; and
c) Assessment by a trained technician.
Note: This is a nominal fee as the total cost is significantly higher than the restocking fee. Return shipping of the massage chair must be paid for by the customer.
4. If the purchase is cancelled under the terms of this policy, after a chair has been delivered and/or installed in your home, then the massage chair must be returned to the Masseuse Massage Chairs warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Please complete the form on this page to arrange for the return of your goods and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). We are happy to advise you on the most cost-effective way to return your massage chair to us.
5. All refunds are limited to the actual purchase price of the massage chair. No refund will be granted for delivery costs incurred by us and will be passed onto you.
