Our return policy is a "voluntary" policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, Masseuse has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.
How do I return an item?
Send the item back to us within 30 days with your receipt and we'll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund, providing that the condition of the product is as-new including all packaging, instruction manuals and accessories.
Please note: that all returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 6.5% of the item’s final selling price. Return shipping of the massage product must be paid for by the customer. The returned item must be shipped to the Masseuse Massage warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
