Our Hassle Free In-Home Trial is a "voluntary" policy in addition to your statutory rights. As such, we trust that all returns are made in good faith. If, however, Masseuse Massage Chairs has reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in good faith for whatever reason, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns under this policy. Our decision is final.
Please note:
1. Our 40 Day Hassle Free In-Home Trial only applies to brand new massage chairs and excludes floor stock models.
2. All returned massage chairs will be subject to a restocking fee of 8.5% of the items final selling price. This restocking fee covers costs incurred from processing the order, warehouse handling charges to the cost of the chair being checked upon return by a trained engineer for preparation for another customer to use.
This is a nominal fee as the total cost of the process is significantly higher than the restocking fee. Return shipping of the massage chair must be paid for by the customer.
3. The returned massage chair must be shipped to the Masseuse Massage Chairs warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. Please email us to arrange the return of your goods and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). We are happy to advise you on the most cost-effective way to return your item to us.
All refunds are limited to the purchase price paid for the massage chair. No refunds will be given for delivery costs incurred by us and will be passed onto you.
