Our decision is final.

How do I return an item?
Send the item back to us within 30 days with your receipt and we'll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund, providing that the condition of the product is as-new including all packaging, instruction manuals and accessories.

Please note: All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 6.5% of the item’s final selling price. The re-stocking fee covers costs incurred from processing the order, warehouse handling charges and other things like the cost of the chair being checked upon return by a trained engineer for preparation for another customer to use. This is a nominal fee as the total cost of the process is significantly higher than the re-stocking feeReturn shipping of the massage product must be paid for by the customer. The returned item must be shipped to the Masseuse Massage warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
