All warranty services outlined herein are only applicable to Masseuse Massage accessories purchased from an approved Masseuse Massage supplier.
The company, Masseuse Massage, will provide warranty services against manufacturer faults or defects for a period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied by the customer before any warranty or service claim is raised. Masseuse Massage staff cannot provide any confidential purchase identification to customers.
Masseuse Massage accessories, such as back cushions, shoulder massagers and foot massagers include a 12-month return to base replacement warranty. Simply return your faulty product along with proof of purchase and we will offer a replacement item. The product will be replaced with a brand new and operational product of equal or similar value and will be sent back to the customer at no expense. This warranty policy is valid only within Australia.
The warranty does not cover the cost of return transport, freight or postage to a designated Masseuse Massage Service Centre for assessment.
Masseuse Massage reserves the right to refuse warranty service if in its opinion, it is found the product was not used according to instructions or was negligently misused. The warranty becomes void if the product is found to be modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorised person.
Warranty services will not cover damage caused from improper use or setup of the product, acts of nature including but not limited to floods or fire, or accidents that result in damage of the product.
The company reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without further notice.
