How to reboot:
1. Turn off the main switch on the back.
2. Unplug the chair from the wall.
3. Hold on the power button on the armrest for approx 10-20 seconds.
(This is to ensure all remaining power is drained)
4. Leave the chair untouched for approx 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, turn the chair on again to see if there is any change.
